The Buffet Restaurant at M Hotel - Nonya Buffet Lunch

First time having buffet at The Buffet Restaurant at M Hotel. They are having nonya buffet lunch. The buffet lunch costs $36.80++ but as a millennium member, we had a 15% discount. The nonya buffet theme ends 30th September 2025.

The dishes are mainly nonya style and there's many varieties and the food tasted good.

Two different types of rice (blue pea rice and coconut rice) for the nasi lemak. Love the sambal.

Self serve assam laksa, love the sweet and sour taste of the assam laksa.

Buffet Lunch at Cafe Mosaic in Carlton Hotel Bras Basah Road

Bi Yearly gathering with my old friends, yes in terms of age (all young seniors haha) and over 40 years of friendship since teenager time.

This round we had buffet at Cafe Mosaic in Carlton Hotel Bras Basah Road. There's a 50% discount (not 1 for 1 buffet) off the bill. We could use DBS/POSB, trust card,OCBC< UOB and Citibank  credit cards  for the promotion. (source)

Cold section, love the tuna

They replenish the teochew steamed fish quite fast. Very popular with the diners.

First time seeing mee rebus at buffet table, normally we had Laksa.

The roast beef is so tender and easy to chew especially for us old folks.
