A simple lunch with no fuss. I just marinated the chicken meat and cooked it in the rice cooker. After cooking, I just cooked the sauce with an beaten egg to top the rice and chicken chop like Katsudon.
Tasted good, the importance is cook the egg a bit runny and not fully cooked otherwise will be like omelette.
