Had a fantastic lunch at The Line in Shangri La Hotel. Happened to see the flash sale in my facebook, as I was following Shangri La Facebook so I got the notice in my facebook almost immediately. I quickly booked and paid for the buffet lunch. It was at a discount of 50% really very worth. So much food and the best part was the food from the seafood to desserts will all so fresh and taste so good.
I wish I could expand my stomach and eat all hahaha but I could not eat much as a senior citizen and to forgo some dishes.
Today is the last day for the promotion for Monday to Wednesday Buffet Lunch.
Shangri La had a complimentary guest shuttle bus service from Orchard Road but I am not sure about the timing from orchard road nor the route.

As Easter is approaching, lots of easter decoration in Shangri La Hotel.
Now the happy time for the buffet.
The seafood tasted so fresh.
They had many sections from Salad Bar, Japanese, Western, Indian, Thai , Asian, Chinese, etc
The BBQ Beef Brisket was so tender and tasted good.
Japanese section with fresh tuna, salmon, octopus, etc
Whole sea bass, finished quickly and replenish fast
Pork Trotters in Vinegar
Satay Section but satay not ready yet. I was early with the photo hahaha
My favourite is the durian cake, finished fast and replenish fast.

I ate 3 slices of durian cake, wish I could eat more hahaha
The ice cream texture is smooth and fresh. I wonder if the chef make the ice cream themselves.
The laksa tasted so good and the prawns very fresh.
Will go again and hopefully, they have a 1 for 1 promotion again, will bring my entire siblings over the next time.
