Air Fry Shrimp Cutlet

Make this very easy recipe, using frozen shrimp paste (without thawing), coat with beaten egg and then coat with some breadcrumbs. Air fry at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes or till golden brown. It tasted so good and very crispy.
I dipped with some Macdonald curry sauce and ketchup

Elemen Millenia Walk Singapore - Vegetarian Lunch

Had vegetarian lunch at Elemen Restaurant in Millenia Walk. It is interesting that the dishes are very creative, very different from the normal vegetarian dishes that I always ate in Vegetarian restaurant or hawker stalls. I am not a vegetarian but I enjoyed the vegetarian lunch here. 

Plain water with rosemary in it

Churros Fruit Rojak - tasted so good with all the different sweet and sour taste from the various fruits

Red Quinoa Salad


Seaweed tempura tofu with meatless unagi roll

Pizza


Asian Curry with crispy roti

Springleaf Prata Place - Thomson Branch

Recently, went for breakfast at Springleaf Prata Place at Thomson.  We arrived around 8 am and the crowd filled the restaurant fast.

We ordered the plain prata and the coin prata. I prefer the plain prata, the coin prata is a bit too thick. Like the plain prata for its fluffy and crispy texture. We ordered 10 each.

Then we ordered the chicken murtabak. It tasted so good.


There's a self service counter to take the curry. They had fish and chicken curry.

It is easily accessible by MRT and alight at Springleaft Station and Exit 2, the prata shop is just few minutes walk.

Electric Lunch Box Recipe - Steamed chicken drumtick with flower cordyceps,mushroom and wolfberries, steamed egg with grated carrots and seaweed soup

Making lunch for myself, using the electric lunch box to steam chicken drumstick with flower cordyceps, mushroom and wolfberries, steamed an egg and rice and make a seaweed soup.

Just let the electric lunch box do the cooking after preparing the ingredients.
