Hahaha outing with my sisters are mostly chatting and eating, here we were having tea break at Hoshino Coffee at Suntec City. Three of us having the hand drip coffee - Hoshino Blended Coffee - the coffee were really thick. Had a pre christmas lunch celebration with my sisters at Seoul Yummy. Was my first visit here. Very interesting lunch and I love the side dishes too. We ordered the army stew with assorted meat. The serving meant for two was actually quite huge and enough for four of us. We had a choice of 1 appetiser, we had the kimchi pancake. The dessert that comes with it was Aiyu Jelly. Customer can purchase the lock and write their messages on it and locked onto the side fence. They have many outlets all over Singapore. You can visit their website for more information.

Sweet of my sister to invite us to her house for christmas buffet lunch. The buffet she ordered from Ronnie Kitchen. The serving were huge and food very tasty. Would recommend this caterer to my friends. For 30 people menu,the serving were huge. Love this dish, pumpkin tasted just like sweet potato and the gravy goes well with rice. 1/4 pumpkin(cubed), 2 chicken thighs(deboned and cut into bite sizes), 1 onion (wedged), minced garlic. Marinate the chicken with shaoxing wine, sesame oil, pinch of salt and dark soya sauce (for colour) Pan fry the chicken (without putting any oil in the pan), brown both sides and set aside (no need fully cooked at this point) Oil in the pan are from the chicken (do not wash the pan, use the same pan to saute the garlic and onion) Add the pumpkin and stir fry, add the chicken broth (chicken broth can be cooked using the bones that were deboned from the thighs), simmer till pumpkin almost soft (but not too soft) Add chicken, stir fry till chicken fully cooked and add salt to taste and cornflour solution to thicken the gravy. Serve hot

Hubby and me had lunch at Wee Nam Kee Chicken Rice Restaurant at Marina Square. Business was so good that we need to share table with other customers. Best to avoid the peak hours(lunch and dinner).

Today, I cooked Rendang Chicken again using Sheen Instant Rendang Paste, the instructions were behind the packet. Can substitue the coconut shreds with breadcrumbs if you are health conscious. For photography purposes, I arranged the food for one person set hahaha.
