Fine Dining at Hua Ting Restaurant located in Orchard Hotel - Hubby's 70th Birthday

Last month, we celebrated my hubb's 70th birthday in Hua Ting Restaurant located in Orchard Hotel.
We had a private room. The ambience looked so cozy and nicely decorated.

Sweet potato chips
We ordered the set menu but change the noodles dish
We had longevity buns for the birthday occasion. The set up of the buns looked so lovely.
Wishing my hubby good health and longevity and we get to travel often hahaha
For starter, we had the roast pork, chilled jelly fish, crispy squid tentacles with almond flakes

Next we had the double boiled chicken soup with sea cucumber, conpoy, antler fungus. It tasted so good.
Next comes the Teochew style steamed sea bass
Next is the  goose web (goose feet) with braised abalone and vegetables

Then we had the egg noodles with prawns and eggs
For dessert we had the Mango Sago, Peach Gum and pomelo

I am so happy that my family enjoyed the feast.

Pearl's Hill Garden Restaurant at Labrador Villa Road (relocated from Chin Swee Road)

So glad to finally found Pearl's Hill Garden Restaurant at their new location. They had relocated from their old premises at Chin Swee Road to the new location at 1 Labrador Villa Road (just next to Labrador MRT Station).

I first visited the restaurant back in July 2024 and had actually went to their old location again but found that their restaurant was no longer in Chin Swee Road and I had no idea where they relocated and only found out their new location recently. Read my old post.

The restaurant in new location at Labrador Villa Road was smaller but had spacious free parking lots just next to the restaurant.

Free parking

We ordered their ice vegetables with fish skin.

Sweet and sour pork

Rojak Chicken

BBQ pork bun

Steamed Chicken feet
Charcoal tofu with minced pork and dried shrimps
Deep fried lychee prawn ball

Not in the menu (only in season when the fish head is available) - recommended by the staff
Giant Garoupa  Fish Head soup with assorted vegetables and yam

Fried mee hoon
Coconut pudding

Highly recommended to visit this  restaurant for their very creative dishes.
