Used to buy these snacks from the "kachang puteh" seller, a dying trade, nowadays hard to find them. Was happy my friend taught me how to make this snack. I love eating when I was young.

Thermal Cooker Pot Recipe - Shark Fin Melon Soup

Another easy soup using the thermal cooker pot. This round, I cooking shark fin melon soup and no , there wont be any shark fin in it. In Asia, the pulp strands are used to make soup, quite similar to shark fin soup, hence the name "shark's fin melon".

I dont have to buy the whole melon, they comes in cut sizes.
