Aiyu Jelly or Ice Jelly

The weather is terrible hot these days. I make some Aiyu Jelly or also known as man tau long (文頭郎). It is commonly served with a slice of lime.

It is very cooling and a nice dessert for the hot weather.

1 for 1 buffet at Melt Cafe, Oriental Mandarin Singapore.

My friend and I had buffet lunch at Melt Cafe in Oriental Mandarin. It was really a good deal as we used my friend's HSBC credit card for the 1 for 1 buffet promotion. You can read more about the promotion from this link. The promotion ends 29 May 2022. Hopefully, they have the same promotion next month too.

There are so many varieties of food, we really enjoyed the buffet.

The crabs are a favourite with the lunch crowds.

Buffet Lunch at Colony, Ritz Carlton Hotel Singapore

Last month, I had a wonderful buffet lunch at Colony, Ritz Carlton with my friend.  Love the ambience in the Cafe. There were many varieties of food for the buffet.
