Dinner at Siam Kitchen Nex

Last weekend we had dinner at Siam Kitchen at Nex. Been to Nex many times but first time visited this restaurant, surprised the food is good and was full house on a Saturday night.

Prawn crackers

Sambal Kangkong

Chicken Satay - tasted good, the chicken was tender.

Sambal Sting Ray - goes well with rice - yummy

Combo Platter consists of sotong (Squid), chicken, beef, prawns - was good especially the beef.

Green curry - disappointed with this, portion small and too lemak (too much coconut)

Lunch at Thai Restaurant in Vivo City

Thai Fish Cake - yummy

Sambal Kang Kong

The gravy is thick and good, we should ordered white rice to go with it.

Thai Pineapple Rice...yummy...it comes with pork floss, cashew nuts and raisins and the prawns are so fresh...I must learn to cook something similar for fried rice at home....so good.

Chendol - yummy

Sticky Rice Cafe at Ang Mo Kio Hub

The cafe has a funny name called Sticky Rice, a very small cozy Thai cafe at Ang Mo Kio Hub. Hubby and me decided to have our lunch here because it was so hot outside.

Pineapple Fried Rice - $7.90 - yummy, this is so good, I could taste the big chunk of pineapple when I eat the rice.

Thai Laksa-$7.90 - not spicy at all - this is good too but I prefer it to be a bit more spicy. The laksa had a lot of ingredients in it.

Here's how the noodle looked when I scoop them out from the Laksa gravy.

Green Curry Chicken Set

I had this Green Curry Chicken Rice Set for lunch at the food court. But I dont really like it cause it is not spicy enough for me despite of me adding more chilli. I think I prefer the Red Curry Chicken.
