Oven Baked Chicken Wings

Just add some minced garlic, pinch of salt, 4 or 5 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tbsp of honey (more if you like sweet) and marinated them with chicken wings for at least for more 30 minutes.
Bake in hour for 1 hour or 1 1/4 hours and keep turning the chicken wings every 20 minutes for even baking. My family loved it.

We had a sumptous lunch at Dian Xiao Er. Was also attracted by the herbal duck speciality.

Nice mural outside the shop.

We were early and was entitled for the early bird promotion. So we had a 15% discount. Yuan Bao Promotion (Early Bird Special)

We opt for the set menu for 2 people. It came with a soup for the day and 3 other dishes and white rice. Today soup is carrot and potato with some "kei chi" soup.

This is the famous herbal roast duck...it is very nice and tasty.

Mongolian spare ribs

Long beans sauteed in XO sauce...yummy

The set menu cost us only $33 excluding drinks and peanuts and towels and on top of that we had a 15% discount for early bird. How cool is that. :)
