Dinner at Ponggol Choon Seng Restuarant
Wow this photo reminds me of the old restaurant. This photo was taken off the poster of the restaurant at Turnhouse Road. I remember when I was very young, my parents would bring my siblings and myself to punggol end and have seafood at Ponggol Choon Seng Restaurant. I remembered tucking into the chilli crabs and having a great time there. Those were the days and we dont even mind that the restaurant was not air conditioned nor sitting by the roadside back then.
Today, this is one of their branch at TurnHouse Road (near Changi Chalets). It is quite small and can sit about 200 people only.
Oh I love this dish, it is crispy duck wrapped in the popiah skin. It is a whole duck and the waitress shredded the meat for us so that we can wrapped them into the skin easier and we need to spread some hoisin sauce on the skin first.
Oooo....you must try this. The dish consisted of prawn pancake and ngo hiang (chinese spring roll)....yummy.
Very soft tofu/bean curd.
Steam Garoupa
Pork Ribs with red wine
Sambal Kangkong/water spinach
Fried mee goreng...yummy
Stir fry asparagus with scallops and mushroom...oooolala...asparagus is my favourite.

Wedding Lunch
Wedding Lunch at Fullerton Hotel
The difference in this hotel from other hotels, they served the food to individual plates for diners unlike traditional chinese wedding, where the main course was placed in the centre of the table and the diners help themselves to the food.
Cold Dish with combination of assorted food.
Sharks Fin Soup
