Nonya memories at Heartland Mall Kovan
Been a long time since I blog in this food blog. Had nonya lunch with sister a week ago. Found this little nonya restaurant at Heartland Mall near Kovan MRT Station.
We had the ayam buah keluak that comes wtih steamed rice.
We also ordered the chap chye and told the chef not to cook too salty. It turned out good.
Hor Pow with pork - fried beancurd filled with sweet roasted pork, cucumbers and cut red chillies.
For dessert we had pulut hitam with yam. I prefer it without yam. I should have ordered the durian pengat instead.

Lunch at Oasis Restaurant
Been a long time since I ate at Oasis Restaurant. The restaurant used to be at Kallang but shifted to Toa Payoh. I love eating their taiwanese porridge.
We had black bean promfret, sambal kangkong, chye poh omelette, fresh cockles, claypot seafood tofu and one dish that I did not take photo is the crispy fried chicken wings
Yummy - wanted to go there again.

Muthu's Curry Fish Head at 313 Somerset
Oooooo, my best friend and I had curry fish head at Muthu's Curry Restaurant at 313 Somerset Road. It was very good and tasty. We really enjoyed our lunch there.
Crackers that accompanied with the curry fish head.
We ate the white rice from the banana leaf with some vegetables and brinjals.
