This banquet was so impressive, need two servers to carry the whole display to the table. Contain of appetizers, salad, seafood like abalone, crabs, oysters, etc. Tasted so delicious, look so impressive, wow and very instagram worthy.

Lastly, dessert was coconut pudding, was so tasty and good. First time I had this and I like it so much.
No idea about the price of the above dinner, was treat from relative, with our strong Singapore Dollars, guess it is really worth but the traffic jam at custom is very horrible.

I love making agar agar but always does not have much time to do it. So many ideas and inspirations taken from the internet. Recently, made some magic agar agar for the Chinese New Year festive.
Firstly boil the agar agar with coconut milk.
Then divide into four or five portions, add different colour to each portion.
Pour into favourite moulds or container, chilled them. (Can cut into cubes if from container). Boil another plain(no colour) agar agar solution but without coconut milk.
Unmould the agar agar.
Pour some plain agar agar into the mould and arrange the chilled(or already set) agar agar into the mould. Repeat for each layer, no need to be neat. On completion, placed the agar agar in the fridge to set.
Unmould the agar agar, they looked very pretty and I am very satisfied and happy with the success of making the agar agar.
