1 for 1 buffet at Melt Cafe, Oriental Mandarin Singapore.

My friend and I had buffet lunch at Melt Cafe in Oriental Mandarin. It was really a good deal as we used my friend's HSBC credit card for the 1 for 1 buffet promotion. You can read more about the promotion from this link. The promotion ends 29 May 2022. Hopefully, they have the same promotion next month too.

There are so many varieties of food, we really enjoyed the buffet.

The crabs are a favourite with the lunch crowds.

Hot sections, two different types of soup (chowder and chicken herbal soup)

Love the Laksa
Dessert section. so many varieties to choose from.

Buffet Lunch at Colony, Ritz Carlton Hotel Singapore

Last month, I had a wonderful buffet lunch at Colony, Ritz Carlton with my friend.  Love the ambience in the Cafe. There were many varieties of food for the buffet. Hard to remember to describe everything we had. I let the photos do the talking instead. You can visit the official website for the updated menu.

Like the popiah ice cream, is like what we had in Taiwan. Watch the chef in action in making the popiah ice cream in the video below.

Electric Lunch Box - Chicken and Kimchi Rice

Having Chicken and kimchi rice, fuss free and easy to do. Just mix the chicken meat and kimchi and top over the washed rice and add water. Using the electric lunch box to cook the meal took only 30 minutes. It tasted good and not mushy as long as not over add too much water to the rice.
