Air Fried Salmon with Sambal Belachan Sauce

Did a sambal salmon instead of the usual sambal sting ray. Just coat the salmon with the Prima Taste Sambal Belachan Sauce and air fried for about 20 minutes. Add any extra ingredients like tomatoes, potatoes or any vegetables. Very easy and tasted good.

Social Place at Singapore Forum

Love this place, the ambience is cozy and nice and love the decoration with all the mahjong haha but I dont play mahjong. We were too busy taking so many photos and the food is really good. Really enjoyed dining here and would come back again.

The plate has drawings of ants and houseflies. Haha if did not look carefully, we might thought they are real.

Braised Rice with Abalone and black truffle - the rice is really delicious and tasty. Recommend to order this.

Truffle Shitake Buns - The buns looked like mushrooms

Raddish Cake sauteed with crispy fried garlic

Crispy Charcoal Tofu -  I love this dish.

Flamin Pie (pineapply and beef in curry)

Deep fried lobster glutinous puff - I dont recommend ordering this, sorry I dont like the taste of it, while the rest of the food is very good.

Small Pig Pudding - the piggies are super cute

Mahjong Jelly

There's a 90 minute dining restriction but there's more than enough time to finish our food plus all the photography.  Really enjoy.

Korean Convenience Food from Supermarket

With the recent temporary ban on fresh chicken by neighbouring country, I had to resort to cooking with frozen chicken. I plan to have a korean lunch so being a little lazy, I bought some korean convenience food from the supermarket.

It is very easy to prepare the convenience food. Just follow the instructions on the packet. I use the rice cooker instead of microwave to cook the ready Korean Ginseng Chicken. There's a whole chicken inside the packet.

I also bought Japchae.
