Estate Lunch Buffet at Singapore Hilton Hotel

Finally, had a chance to have a buffet lunch at Estate in Hilton Hotel. Hilton Hotel is formerly known as Mandarin Orchard while the old Hilton Hotel (opposite Shaw House/centre) is now known as Voco Orchard Hotel.

Love how the interior  decoration inside Estate.

I only had 10% discount as a Hilton Member, the most expensive buffet that I paid hahaha, normally I go for the 1 for 1 buffet but Estate Buffet rarely have this type of promotion.

KEK Seafood at Alexandra Village

Recently, went for lunch with my siblings at KEK Seafood at Alexandra Village. It is non airconditioning venue but their few air conditioning rooms were under renovation. But there's large fans so we dont feel so hot.

We enjoyed the lunch.

Sweet and sour pork

Their signature dish Moonlight  hor fun, we have to mix the egg to coat the hor fun

Curry fish head - the curry fish head tasted good and the fish head very fresh.

We love the  claypot liver - the liver were cooked very tender and with taste of wine

The staff help us mix the claypot liver when they serve.
