Wedding Lunch at Fullerton Hotel

The difference in this hotel from other hotels, they served the food to individual plates for diners unlike traditional chinese wedding, where the main course was placed in the centre of the table and the diners help themselves to the food.

Japanese cake - at first I thought the woman was adding some durian flavour to the cake but is cheese flavour. I gave my feedback and they said maybe they would try to include durian as one of their flavour...lol. So the next time, you see the durian flavour, it is my idea..hahaha.

Lunch at Ikea

This is so yummy. My eldest son brought me out for lunch at Ikea.

In Singapore, most go to Ikea not only for furniture but for their yummy food at their cafeteria.

Char Siew (BBQ Pork)

I found this recipe from this blog. She can cook really well. I tested and it works. But I used lean meat cause I dont like fats. It is so easy, just marinated the pork earlier, keep them in the fridge and take them out before dinner, pop into the oven and you can have them for dinner. I think I want to upgrade my oven ...hahaha.
