Normally, I will try use less utensils to avoid lots of washing but sometimes there will be the time where we overlooked haha.

Baked Chicken with Laksa Paste

Experiment another chicken dish, this time I baked the chicken with laksa paste using the air fryer oven but baked instead of air frying.

First time attempting this dish, just marinate the chicken with the paste and bake it in the air fryer oven, very simple and the paste smell so good like hae bee hiam.

Thermal Cooker Pot Recipe - Curry Vegetables (with salmon)

Raining day, what best to eat but curry. I always like experiment cooking with different curry paste. Next time, I will try making my own curry paste from scratch (always too lazy )

Optional to add fish, (I aded salmon, remember to remove any bones from the salmon)
