Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnamese Dinner

We had a sumptous vietnamese dinner at a nice cozy restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Nice sure what this is but it is kinda of like a sticky gluntinous rice cake and it is cold.

These looked like our chee cheong fun or noodle roll and they are cold too.

Prawns salad and they comes with so many types of sauces.

We are supposed to eat the prawn salad on some crackers.

These looked like bean curd but they are actually flour that were deep fried.

Spring roll

Fried rice in lotus leaf.

Lunch at a vietnamese restaurant in Mekong Delta, Vietnam.
This is so cute, they are known as dinosaur egg but it is actually some sticky glutinous rice in it. Once cut open, the skin will be eaten with the glutinous rice in it.

This is known as elephant's ear fish. The meat was to be eaten with some rice papers. No idea why they are known as elephant's ear.

Genting Highlands Malaysia - Chinese Lunch

Hubby and me had chinese lunch in one of the chinese restaurant in Genting Highlands.

Braised tofu with salted fish

We were so cold that we decided to have curry vegetables but quite disappointed that it is too dilute for our taste. We prefer the thicker curry sauce.

Agar Agar with peaches

A bunny agar agar for Easter. Too lazy to make the different colours. Just made a plain agar agar bunny with peaches in it.

Just play around with the different mould but same type of agar agar.
Okay, I forgot to take photo of the cut cubes of the above agar agar.
