My sister gave us a treat at Swensen. So sweet of her, thanks A for the treat, please make it a habit...hehehe. The food is yummy. Of course I choose the Executive set which comes with soup, main course, ice cream, coffee or tea.

South Korea- Street Scenes of Maisan Provincial Park 2
A street vendor at the foot of the mountain near the Tapsa Temple in Maisan Provincial Park in Jeonju, South Korea. It was really interesting to look at what they are selling.
This pot of cocoon really put me off. It was really scary. How could one eat this?

South Korea-Street Scenes of Maisan Provincial Park 1
This is a long walk from the car park of Maisan Provincial Park where its 2 mountain peaks resemble the ears of a horse. We were supposed to walk from the carpark to the foot of the mountain where the Tapsa Temple was. Along the long stretch of road, we could see very colourful street scenes where food vendors are selling their food.

Seoul to Singapore - Airline Food
So this is the end of all the good food during my trip in South Korea. The airline food was served on my trip back from Seoul, South Korea to Singapore. It was beef with rice and there was ice cream too. Yummy.
I will post street scenes of some of the food sold in South Korea soon, so keep tune to this blog. :)

South Korea-Seoul-Hanjeonsik Lunch
We had a delicious and wonderful lunch which they called Hanjeonsik, the most expensive food in South Korea. It was once served to the emperor.
You can see the waiters in traditional costumes carrying the whole table to you. We had to sit cross legged on the floor.
Spread on the table are so many dishes of wonderful food. We could hardly believe our eyes. It was so colourful and wonderful.

South Korea-Bibimbap Dinner
This is known as the famous bibimbap (just like our claypot rice), you need to add some red sauce (like chilli sauce but not spicy), then start to mix them around.
After mixing, this is how it looked like. I love scrapping the bottom of the pot for burnt rice, it tasted good. Yummy.
And then this is the accompany soup where I spotted some familar "yong tau foo in it.
