South Korea-Jeju-Dinner

Finally, we took a plane from Daegu (which is located in the middle of south korea) to Jeju Island also known as honeymoon island (which is located in the south of korea).

We had dinner at one of the restaurant near our hotel

Plate of vegetables and noodles to be added to the pot of hot soup.

The pot consisting of vegetables and their local fish. It was a welcome sight of hot soup because outside the weather was so cold and freezing.

Lunch at Fish Spa Daegu South Korea

Yum Yum, our lunch at Spa Valley were so good. Perhaps the cold weather outside made us hungry and the hot pot of food keep us warm.

Rows of hot pot of food.

The metal bowl consists of rice and the metal spoon and metal chopsticks are the traditional cutlery of the korean. I bought 4 pairs of chopsticks and spoon set back home...lol.

This pot of hot food consists of tang hoon (rice vermicelli), different types of vegetables, three layers of porks, etc. The soup stock is good and we could add more soup and tang hoon when we finished them.

Side dishes of vegetables, kimchi and seaweed.

The seaweed tasted salty and we wrap them with the korean rice and it tasted so good.

I enjoyed this lunch so much.

South Korea-Daegu-Home Made Tofu Dinner

After a long trip and tour, we had dinner at one of the restaurant in Daegu. It was famous for its home made tofu.

As usual, we had these little side dishes that we grown quite sick of it cause everyday it was more or less the same. Sorry for not liking the food and making many comments but coming from a food paradise country, we are quite fussy with our food.

This is the famous tofu soup which I hated. I think this dinner is the only one that I hated in the whole trip. Perhaps I am a meat eater which explained my dislike....lol.

The last was this little dish on top of the rest. It was some kind of snack that tasted like cracker. It was quite nice.
