Saw this packet of mantou with chilli crab sauce at NTUC Supermarket. It costs $3.15 but promotion was only $2.80 and being a Tuesday, a further 2% senior citizen discount.
It consists six huge mantou and a packet of chilli crab sauce and of course no crabs.
Behind the packet are instruction on how to heat up the mantou, either by steaming, microwaving or deep frying. I prefer deep frying as it will be crispy.
Also instruction on how to prepare the sauce, either as a dipping sauce or with egg.
