This is fantastic about the internet. I found the recipe for muah chee from
cookbake legacy.

Elephant Brand Glutinous Rice Flour

Fried Shallot Oil (can be purchased from NTUC supermarket)

Shift the flour

Add water and mix well.

Steamed Muah Chee on tray coated with shallot oil and this is the result of the steamed muah chee

Cut muah chee into bite sizes and roll over the sugar cum nuts.

Yummy. Best when served hot.

I know u see how much I suffer for pricing luckily its will last me 2 meals at least!
Ah... interesting, how simple the ingredients is and I happen to have them around....I like to make some to see if their really tasty...hehe
